
ABOUT
Sunnyville Hot Springs Resort is a unique, private RV park and Glamping Resort, with natural mineral hot springs, located in the heart of the Truth or Consequences Hot Springs District.
We have several Vintage Trailers, a Glamping Yurt, and a Safari Tent available for rent to our guests. We also have 6 RV sites, each with privacy walls, patio area, and full hookups. For reservations or questions call 575 740 6775.
We invite you to experience our healing hot mineral baths and patio lounge as often as you like during your visit.
Sunnyville is two blocks from the beautiful Rio Grande and Healing Waters Trail. Walk or bike to downtown restaurants, shops, art galleries.

Two Night Rate: $150 + tax
Weekly Rate: $350 + electricity & tax

Each RV site has 20/30/50 amp power and full hookups, with privacy walls and patio area.
Our on-site Mineral Hot Springs soaking is included in your site fee.
Rates are based on 2 occupants per site (adults 18+ only).
Well behaved pets are welcomed for RV guests (not in the accommodations)
1 dog per RV site with a $100 deposit.
If you are arriving with a pet please read our General Rules and Policies page.
The maximum RV length is 35ft.
AMENITIES
Hot Mineral Baths
Guests have free access to soak and relax in our healing hot mineral baths. We have three outdoor multi-person tubs. Our water is typically 107-109 F and abundant in magnesium, calcium, chloride, and lithium among others.
Two full bathrooms
We have two full and spacious bathrooms with showers. One of our bathrooms has a Jacuzzi tub with both hot mineral water and city water for your bathing needs.
Free Wifi
Complimentary Wifi for guests, limited to 10mbs.

TorC is surrounded by awesome terrain for mountain bikers, rock-climbers, gem-hounders, hikers, 4X4s and UTVs. We love outdoor adventures and are happy to give you tips or connect you with trust-worthy local guides.
Eat, Drink, Shop Downtown TorC
Sunnyville is a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Our favorite hangouts for food and drink are the TorC Brewing Company which has live music every week and Me Gusta World Street Food , next door to the brewery.
Mineral Hot Springs and Healing Arts
Even though you can enjoy 109F mineral water at Sunnyville we encourage guests to experience the many hot springs properties and spas in TorC. There are also many healing arts professionals who offer a variety of treatments including CranioSacral, Ashiatsu, Reflexology and massage.
Elephant Butte Lake and Rio Grande
Float the Rio Grande on a tube, kayak or standup paddleboard, or explore miles of sandy beaches and coves of Elephant Butte Lake just minutes away.
Living Ghost Towns
We'll give you tips on fun day trips to several living ghost towns within a 30 minute drive, such as Chloride, Monticello, Hillsboro and Kingston.
