THINGS TO DO
Explore the High Desert
TorC is surrounded by awesome terrain for mountain bikers, rock-climbers, gem-hounders, hikers, 4X4s and UTVs. We love outdoor adventures and are happy to give you tips or connect you with trust-worthy local guides.
Eat, Drink, Shop Downtown TorC
Sunnyville is a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Our favorite hangouts for food and drink are the TorC Brewing Company which has live music every week and Me Gusta World Street Food , next door to the brewery.

Even though you can enjoy 109F mineral water at Sunnyville we encourage guests to experience the many hot springs properties and spas in TorC. There are also many healing arts professionals who offer a variety of treatments including CranioSacral, Ashiatsu, Reflexology and massage.
Elephant Butte Lake and Rio Grande
Float the Rio Grande on a tube, kayak or standup paddleboard, or explore miles of sandy beaches and coves of Elephant Butte Lake just minutes away.
Living Ghost Towns
We'll give you tips on fun day trips to several living ghost towns within a 30 minute drive, such as Chloride, Monticello, Hillsboro and Kingston.
TorC has many outstanding art galleries and shops featuring vintage and eclectic goods. Don't miss the Geronimo Springs Museum with its amazing Mimbres Pottery collection.
